Refund and Returns Policy

Effective April 1, 2024

All returns must be made by mail within 30 days of the purchase date. Please see below for details. titocigars.com reserves the right to amend this return policy without notice.


Cigars, Cigar Boxes and Bundles

  • All returns must be pre-authorized via email at [email protected]
  • Cigars returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible
  • If the cigar box or bundle is unopened and visibly damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery at [email protected] for pre-authorization.  A delay in notification may preclude your return. Photo evidence is required for all cigars that are damaged upon receipt. Photos can be uploaded via the Returns Portal
  • New, unopened cigar boxes or bundles may be eligible for a full refund minus shipping charges   
  • If more than one cigar is missing from an open box or bundle, the item will not be eligible for a full refund; the item may be eligible for a partial refund for the amount of cigars returned, minus shipping charges
  • Cigars that have been cut or smoked will NOT be eligible for a refund
  • Cigars returned without pre-authorization will be subject to a 50% restocking fee that will be deducted from any refund, if eligible
  • Cigar Samplers, 5-Packs, Single Cigars, and Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
  • Promotional items must be returned or a restocking fee equivalent to the retail price may be deducted from any refund, if eligible
